Patches in Time...

There was a time when things were not discarded because they were no longer 'in style' or not preferred.   I think I like that 'time'.  These vintage aprons are from just such a time.  They have seen frequent washings and wear.  They have been carefully mended so that they could continue to be of use to their owner.  They have some scars - but they are beautiful.  There is something precious about not being tossed aside...
