Farmer's Market Corn on the Cob...

Do you shop at your local farmer's market?.  I do too.  
But today - I stopped at the real thing.  Some call them 
roadside stands... but when they're on the farm itself - 
it's a farmer's market at its very best.
This was the best price locally that I've seen.

  For perfect Corn on the Cob... 
1.  Bring water to a boil in a big pan  2.  Drop in ears of corn so mostly covered   3.  Return to a boil   4.  Boil for 5-7 min.

Wow! Wish I had a place like this near me. I'm into canning this year and would love to find some fresh cheap fruits and veggies! Lucky girl :)
