We have lots of mulberry trees bordering our backyard.
They can be a pain (mulberries in the grass make a mess!)
But they can also be a blessing.
I like to use my 'free' fruit in baked oatmeal.
(Thank you my daughter for climbing up on the garage roof and picking them for me!)

From tree to table - yum!! How do you use mulberries?

I checked out your baked oatmeal recipe, thought it looked familiar, then saw the name! HA!
Oh so that's what I stepped on yesterday! I was taking a walk with my boys yesterday and all of a sudden we were walking on top of berries. We looked up and saw a tree full of what looked like blackberries to us. Now I know better!
Looks delicious! I don't think I've ever eaten a mulberry...but we love blackberries. Might have to give this a try :) Chat soon, Laurel
This looks really good Joyce! I love oatmeal and that is so great that you have free fruit! :)
