A Christmas Tea....

Taking a quick break from the decorating posts to share some yumminess.
I attended a church Christmas tea this weekend and
the food was magazine worthy.   Have a peek...

There were about 4 kinds of mini sandwiches...

Sorry - I forget what all was in these little wraps - but they were unique!

Shrimp stuffed celery anyone?

Desserts - oh my there were desserts...

And at least 3 kinds of bread made by the pastor's wife...
(Actually she made many of the items.)

Homemade biscotti that belonged in a pastry shop...

A wreath of Fruity Pebbles krispies...

 Gotta have handmade chocolates...

...and fresh fruit with blackberries (my wimpy contribution)
and MUCH more!

We dined by candlelight with black linens - so pretty...

Not bad for a bunch of local gals huh?...

We had our annual ladies tea and ornament exchange yesterday at church too. It was so mich fun and oh my goodness the food we had too. Nothing like the food a bunch of us "church" ladies make is there?
Blessings,
Betsy
