Saturday Sightings...

This week I spotted this rusty farmstead loveliness.  A local farmer displays this old piece of machinery at the end of his lane.  What is it you ask?  Well, it's not a tractor, and it's not a wagon...

And it hitched to horses or mules - no engine on this baby...
This is a horse drawn manure spreader!  And someone has to stand near enough to those levers to operate them... Can you imagine?

Wow, an oldie but a goodie. Glad I did not ever have to maneuver those levers for the manure. (Trying to make my own tongue twister) LOL

Today we went to Ol Factory... found a couple of things but not much. Fun to look though!
