Valentine Mantel in Pink and Gold...

My plan was to put in place a 'winter' mantel this week -
but with Valentine's Day about a month away - why wait.
I bring out the pink feather heart every year - belonged to my mother.
The tan pictures (1 behind the other) are waiting to sell on eBay. (sneaky huh?)
They feature wonderful snow pictures of Victorian ladies and
I just thought they worked somehow...

Simple and quickly done...

...with my 2nd feather heart on my linens display on the floor.
I guess I'll have to do a 'winter' display in another area.
But at least indoor Christmas is now all packed away.
Can't say the same for my outdoor decor yet...
Till next time ~Joyce

I really like your feathery hearts. I took down Christmas decor yesterday and couldn't decide of it was too early for Valentine's Day. Maybe not, now that I see your post. :-). I think I'll break out the hearts.
Blessings,
Betsy

Joyce, I love the hearts! I need to clear the Christmas stuff out of my shop. Have a few ornaments still hanging around for sale, but was just thinking ahead today to Valentine's Day! xo Lynn

Hi Joyce, wanted to say thanks for visiting my blog. Love your feather wreath! I love Valentines, but will enjoy my winter décor another week or so. I collect red transferware and I think I have the same plate. I have a link party, Share Your Cup Thursday. It's about sharing the things that make you happy. I'd love if you shared this post!
hugs,
Jann
